Project Leader Government Products

As our business grows and our offerings diversify and improve, we are searching for an enthusiastic Project Manager to direct and execute the new and ongoing projects of our Government Products Business Unit! Our ideal candidate has a minimum of an Associate degree in a business-related field and some level of certification in Project Management. Blind and Visually Impaired Individuals are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create:
  1. project budgets (expenses and capital)
  2. Forecast of mission impact.
  3. Cost accounting for revenue and margin impact.
  4. Gant charts with critical path identified for all government project timelines and deliverables.

• Track and report project progress to all stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Report any variances to schedule, budget, or mission revenue/margin impacts to management in a timely fashion to allow decisions regarding corrective action.
• Motivate and mentor fellow coworkers, as necessary.
• Travel out-of-state occasionally (visiting suppliers, government customers, NIB conferences, etc.).
