We are seeking a talented production manager to join our fast-paced Assembly & Packaging (A&P) business unit.

This skilled communicator will report directly to the A&P Business Unit Leader and will use servant leadership to ensure that manufacturing processes are reliable, efficient, safe, and accessible for workers who are blind or visually impaired. He or she will meet key metrics through the development and growth of team members.

We Require: 

• Minimum of five years experience in production/manufacturing. At least three of those years in a leadership role. 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Also familiar with the basic concepts and operation of proprietary business software (such as NetSuite).
• Proven ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities. Respects differences in communication style, learning style, etc.
• Mastery of organizing complex tasks, setting priorities, communication of expectations, and on-time implementation/follow-through.
